Day of Court Mediation

MVMP attends all Small Claims sessions offering mediation for all cases in a confidential setting in the court. Most parties come to an agreement, but if not, the Small Claims hearing option continues to be available.

MVMP is qualified to provide in-court and court referred services for the following Dukes County Courts:  District, Superior and Probate & Family Courts.  We also can provide mediation for pre-criminal and 286 E harassment cases.   

MVMP waives its fees for cases accessed in court settings or with an active docket number.
