WORKPLACE CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Conflict is an unavoidable part of life and work. When conflict arises in the workplace, it often leads to morale problems and can have a negative impact on productivity and fulfilling organizational goals. Workplace conflict can spill over and hurt the organization’s client and customer relations.

MVMP offers workshops, individual workplace planning, mediation, facilitation and conflict coaching services for workplaces.

MVMP has a Workplace Conflict Management Confidential Cohort twice a year for managers and supervisors.  Participants receive support and insight into their workplace dilemmas and utilize the case study model in an interactive and participatory process. 

Sessions are held by Zoom video conferencing and in partnership with the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce. The course is facilitated by Sara Barnes, MVMP Lead Mediator. Our next cohort will begin in September 2023.
