Court Referred Mediation

MVMP provides mediation services for pending Small Claims cases in advance the court date. Parties can meet in our private, centrally located, and comfortable office in Vineyard Haven and work with mediators. Participants find this avoids the stress and inconvenience of going to court. MVMP also performs mediations via telephone or video conferencing.

MVMP is also qualified to provide in-court and court referred services for the following Dukes County Courts:  District, Superior and Probate & Family Courts.  We also can provide mediation for pre-criminal and 286 E harassment cases. 

MVMP waives its fees for cases referred by the court or with an active docket number.
