David Ross 

David S. Ross, Esq. is a Senior Mediator with JAMS, where he has worked as a neutral for more than 30 years. He has  resolved thousands of two-party and complex multi-party cases with a focus on employment and commercial matters. David teaches Basic and Advanced Negotiation at Columbia University Law School and conducts negotiation and mediation training programs for Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profits, both in the U.S. and abroad. He earned his J.D. from NYU Law School (1989) and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Columbia University Law School (1993) after working as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore. David and his wife Dr. Laura Ross are MA residents who have lived in West Tisbury since 2003.
