Leah Brown

A licensed attorney and serial entrepreneur, Leah has held several Corporate Board positions. She served on the Executive Board for Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC), National Council Healthcare Committee Chair for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce just to name a few.  Leah served 7 years on NC State University National Advisory Board for the Institute for Emerging Issues and was a Board member at Duke Raleigh Hospital.  She is active with island-based non-profits such as The Cottagers, Inc., NAACP and currently is an Executive Board member for MV Community Services.

Leah holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky.  Certified in Healthcare Compliance, she also attended Executive Management Programs at Dartmouth, Northwestern, and Drexel Universities.
