Kiki Homer
Christine “Kiki” Homer has been a seasonal resident of Martha’s Vineyard for over 18 years. In 2020, while spending more time on the Vineyard, she discovered MV Mediation Program.
Kiki became a certified mediator through MVMP’s Mediation Training Program and received extensive exposure to the practice through MVMP’s partnership in a state-wide housing eviction diversion program. She also trained in Family & Divorce Mediation, 1:1 Conflict Coaching and Workplace Conflict Facilitation.
Kiki joined the staff of MV Mediation Program in January, 2022. She coordinates communication and outreach for the organization and continues her role as a mediator.
Kiki volunteers at the Island Food Pantry and for Island Grown Initiative where she enjoys “gleaning” or helping to harvest ripe produce that is used in various island programs.
In her “past life”, Kiki was corporate attorney with substantial in-house legal and management experience with a global, financial services company. She attained a track-record of successive promotions to more senior, leadership positions which included management of a legal department of a highly regulated, NYSE-traded company. Kiki is a graduate of New York University School of Law.
In her free time, Kiki pursued formal training and certification related to her life-long passion for cooking, nutrition, health and wellness. She is the owner of two birds and a stone, a contemporary culinary company. Kiki enjoys creating tasteful gatherings for clients on Martha’s Vineyard and NYC.
