Ella Martin

A Woods Hole native, Ella is excited to bring her legal background and grant writing experience to a local organization. Prior to joining the MV Mediation team, Ella worked at Cape Mediation, conducting outreach and helping coordinate their Summary Process and Small Claims Mediation Programs.

At MV Mediation, she will focus on development efforts and supporting the Local Consumer Program and looks forward to connecting with the communities MV Mediation serves.

 In her free time, Ella loves running, spending time with her dog, and going on outdoor adventures. She’s excited to join an office of animal lovers!
