Paula Reidbord

Paula comes from Brazil and holds a Law Degree from Mackenzie University in São Paulo. She has worked as an attorney in Brazil and as a legal consultant in the US.

Before transitioning to becoming a mediator, Paula has worked in the apparel industry developing relationships with Asian manufacturers, import and export, US Customs clearance and logistics, as well as implementing productive systems in office management. 

She happily joined the MV Mediation Program in 2020  "Mediation should be ubiquitous. It gives people hope".

Paula loves traveling and baking.
