Kenneth Andrichik
After vacationing on the island for over 25 years and being an island homeowner for 20 years, Kenneth Andrichik recently made Martha’s Vineyard his permanent residence. He relocated from Brooklyn, NY where he retired as FINRA’s Senior VP, Chief Counsel and Director of Mediation and Strategy. He has nearly four decades of experience as a regulator and administrator of the largest dispute resolution forum in the capital markets arena. Ken played a leadership role in FINRA’s Diversity Leadership Council. Ken is now an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) consultant.
Ken has been a champion for inclusion and selection of more diverse neutrals as a member of committees and task forces such as the American Bar Association’s Women in Dispute Resolution (WIDR) and the ADR Inclusion Network. He served as a board member for the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York and chaired committees for the ABA and the New York City Bar Association.
Ken joined the MVMP Board of Directors in 2019. He is leading the Financial Literacy and Coaching Study Group and has participated in grant writing for the organization.
