Workplace Conflict Management Course — Session Eight

Join a cohort of managers and supervisors from Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts and across the world in a weekly confidential cohort.  Participants receive support and insight into their workplace conflict dilemmas and utilize the case study model in an interactive and participatory process. 

This 8-session course uses the book:  Conflict Management in the Workplace: How to manage disagreements and develop trust and understanding by Shay and Margaret McConnon.

WINTER / SPRING 2025 SESSIONS
Dates: 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/5, 5/12

Sessions will be held by Zoom video conferencing:
Tuesdays, 9:00 - 10:30am

March 25: Session One | Intro to conflict management in the workplace
April 1 : Session Two | Conflict as learning conflict as opportunity for growth
April 8: Session Three | Conflict inevitability and  various conflict styles
April 15:  Session Four | We all can learn to manage our feelings
April 22:  Session Five | Conflict analysis and strategic planning
April 29:  Session Six | Develop Skills and Increase Your Choices
May 6:  Session Seven | The conflict management flow, step by step
May 13:  Session Eight | Handle conflict or it will handle you

Opportunity for an individual consultation with mentor.

This cohort will be taught on a rolling basis through May 2025.
